Meet Dani, an innovation strategist and workshop facilitator with 8+ years of experience delivering 100+ workshops tackling complex business and human challenges for FTSE250 companies and start-ups. Dani adopts a rich set of methodologies from his tenures at some of the top innovation and design companies to create new propositions that set brands apart. He created Radical Workshop as a way to bring people together to achieve their bolder ambitions and as a bootstrap for growing Radical Everyone, a consultancy helping organisations innovate for the wellbeing economy.

Design with intent

Every Radical Workshop is comprised of five simple-to-understand shapes that guide our intent every step of the way. We apply methodologies from Design Thinking, Lean Start-Up, Google Sprints and other strategic frameworks to design every activity to achieve the desired goals. Our principles aim to develop a shared understanding amongst the group and challenge our perspectives in the “stretch zone” where collective, breakthrough thinking takes place.

Kicking off a new communications campaign for digital assets trading
Facilitating an immersion workshop to kick off a new communication strategy in partnership with Explosive Brands. The workshop helped us unpack the value proposition, build a shared understanding of crypto custody, define our target audiences and channels, and brainstorm insights that are relevant in articulating the value proposition. The outcome was a detailed design brief for Explosive Brands to deliver on the intended goals of the project.
Reimagining Petrol Stations Sites for 2030
Facilitating an immersion workshop to identify new areas to build new products and services in a project to reimagine the future of petrol station in 2030. Using speculative design techniques, the team reviewed plausible futures and the role of these convenience locations in the future and in light with a broad set of trends. The team converged on two critical missions, delivering convenience and fulfilment of orders. The outcome set the direction for the design of new products and services that redefined the value proposition of traditional petrol stations and a service design project to create these new experiences that are now in pilot.
Developing a digital marketplace for Occupational Health
Facilitating the team through an entire journey to create a new digital solution that tackled the lack of adoption of occupational health services amongst small and medium-sized businesses. As a pilot project for a newly formed innovation lab, the series of workshops formed the blueprint methodology for all future projects.
Shifting to a new service-based, customer centric value proposition
Facilitating a series of workshops to understand the current capabilities within the Group and undertook market analysis to develop a new market strategy for a large fulfilment company.
